Japanese Shrimp Gohan (fried rice)

6 med shrimps peeled, deveined
3 cups white cooked rice, day old is good
1 onion minced
1 carrot minced
2 green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

On a large fry pan medium heat, add oil, then minced carrots and onions, stir till cooked 5 min. Add shrimps, and continue to fry till shrimps turn pink, add butter and rice. Continue to stir fry add soy sauce and egg. Stir fry egg with rice and continue to fry for 5 more minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Just like Benihana fried rice, enjoy!
