White peach phyllo tart
2 -4x4 inch pieces defrosted phyllo dough
1/2 white peach sliced thin
1 tsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp orange marmalade or other fruit jam
2 Tbsp melted butter
Powdered sugar
Sliced almonds optional
Take defrosted phyllo dough and layer each sheet w melted butter. It will be very delicate and may fall apart but keep brushing each layer with melted butter. Keep covered with damp towel to prevent drying out. Top with overlapping peach slices, top w jam and sprinkle brown sugar and almonds. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can substitute phyllo for puff pastry, just skip the layers of butter.
