Nectarine and Blueberry Pie 

Trader Joe's Pie Crust 2 pieces

1 QT blueberries

4 ripe nectarines 

4 ripe figs optional 

1/3 cup butter

1/4 cup AP flour

3/4 cup sugar 

1/2 lemon zest and lemon juice 

1 egg yolk and separate egg white to glaze pie crust 

Prepare pie crust, bake 450 bottom half first 6-8 min with pie beads on pie plate. Add sliced fruit and top with mixture of butter, sugar, flour, lemon juice and zest. Top with pie crust and pierce with fork. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and glaze with egg whites. Bake til golden brown and serve.
