Tom’s Best Impossible Meatballs
1 cup breadcrumbs add 1/2 cup warm milk. Mix and soak 5-10 min
Add 2 tsp salt pepper, 3 minced garlic cloves
1 egg
1 lb impossible ground meat
1/4 cup dry fried onions or grilled onions
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup handful chopped parsley
Mix ingredients form large golfball size meatballs fry in olive oil every side til evenly cooked approx 10 min.
Add pasta sauce to meatballs, add crushed red pepper, more salt 2 min closed lid and 2 min open lid til cooked.
