Truffle Popcorn

 2 Tbsp Organic popcorn kernels 

3 Tbsp garlic infused Olive Oil or olive oil 

Pinch Truffle salt 

Shredded Parmesan cheese optional 


In a heavy large stockpot add oil and popcorn kernel with medium heat.  Listen for popping sound and start shifting pot. After 2-3 min popcorn will start popping less. Don’t overcook. Top with truffle salt and Parmesan to taste.
