Japanese curry

1 package medium hot S&B Golden Curry sauce 3.5 oz
1 1/2 lb stew meat chopped (beef, chicken or shrimp)
1 large onion chopped
2 Tbsp oil
2 carrots chopped
2 large potatoes chopped
3 1/2 cup water
Rice

In large pot, sauté meat and onion for 3 min until onion browns. Add vegetables and sauté. Add water     And bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer til meat is tender approx 10 min.  Break curry sauce paste into mixture. Stir until melted and simmer 5 min stirring constantly. Serve hot over rice and serve with kimchi.
