Korean spicy octopus soup

2 cups water
10 dried anchovy, heads removed
1 sliced carrot
1/2 chopped onion

Boil water with anchovy, carrots and onion for 20 min. Remove anchovy

2 small octopus, innards removed, wash in salt and rinse. Chop into 2 inch slices
1-2 Green onion sliced
1tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Black pepper
3 chopped garlic

Mix these ingredients then add to soup broth. Cook for 10 min but don't overlook octopus. Serves 2
