Crab horseradish dip
1 lb. Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
1 cup Homemade Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Horsesradish
1 Tbs. Shallots, (chopped)
1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. freshly ground Black Pepper
Very simply prepared...
Pick through crab to remove any pieces of shell or cartilage.
Combine all ingredients taking care not to break up the delicate lumps of crab.
Chill well and serve with crackers or toast points
Its that simple!
