Ivana and Nuno’s Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

 2 bananas thinly sliced on waxed paper and ziplock in freezer 

1 heaping TJ cacao powder 

handful dry toasted hazelnuts TJ 20-30 pieces 

Grind hazelnuts to rough powder in Vitamix  machine set aside. Place frozen banana slices in Vitamix and pulse on high 5 times. Add cacao powder and run low speed and vary speed high to low few times. Scrape bowl and run low speed for approx 5 min.
