Korean bbq dipping sauce
2 jalapeños sliced thick
1/2 onion chopped coarsely
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves sliced coarse
Add sliced jalapeños, garlic and onions and cover with white vinegar. Soak overnight remove vinegar and add soy sauce. Save vinegar for later. Serve with korean bbq meats including sliced brisket chadolbaegi.
