Nancy’s Famous Pizza
1 Ready made pizza dough and sauce
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
Marinated Spicy Peppers sliced thin
1 bunch fresh washed Arugula
8 Slices Prosciutto
8 Slices Pepperoni
1 Ball Buffalo Mozzarella
¼ cup Shredded Pizza Cheese
¼ yellow and red bell peppers, sliced
6 Marinated artichoke hearts
Chili Olive Oil
Crushed red pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese as garnish
Preheat oven 350 degrees, prepare dough unto a flat cookie sheet, over parchment paper. Spread pizza sauce thin and layer with Mozzarella cheese slices and shredded pizza cheese, salami, prosciutto, spicy peppers, artichoke hearts, bell peppers and crushed garlic. Add more cheese on top. Pour spicy olive oil all over pizza. Place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, till top of cheese bubbles and crust is golden. Remove from oven and top with crushed red peppers and fresh arugula.

Replace with these toppings (and don't add tomato sauce)
Grilled Eggplants
Prosciutto
Asparagus spears
White Corn
Jalapeno peppers, sliced
Buffallo Mozzarella Cheese sliced
Top with Chili Olive Oil
