2 ingredient instant pot yogurt
1 52 l Fairlife ultra pasteurized milk
2 Tbsp Fage 5 percent whole milk yogurt or any whole yogurt
Instant pot 6 qt
Add 1 cup milk and 2 Tbsp yogurt and whisk together til completely blended then add rest of milk and whisk. Turn on instant pot to 8-10 hours yogurt mode. Wait til yogurt solidifies w a standing spoon. Depending on yogurt 10 hours works for me. The longer you cook the more tangy it will be.
Greek yogurt- strain yogurt through a nylon nut bag over a container to catch whey overnight in refrigerator.
Labneh cheese - strain Greek yogurt additional 24 hours in refrigerator and add 1 tsp salt and spayed of lemon til it solidifies to a thicker consistency.
